KND Behavioral Health needed a modern digital experience that better reflected the compassionate, personalized care provided at its Mansfield clinic. The previous website lacked a clear visual hierarchy, made important information difficult to find, and did not fully communicate the practice’s services, credibility, or patient-centered approach.The goal was to redesign the website into a welcoming, trustworthy, and easy-to-navigate resource that helps prospective patients understand their care options and confidently take the next step.
The redesign focused on making behavioral healthcare feel approachable, supportive, and easy to understand. I reorganized the website around the questions prospective patients are most likely to have—what the clinic treats, who will provide their care, whether insurance is accepted, and how to schedule an appointment.
The visual direction combines calming blue tones, welcoming imagery, clear typography, and thoughtful spacing to create an experience that feels professional without appearing overly clinical. Clear calls to action and simplified content pathways guide visitors from learning about the practice to booking care.
